Self Tan Mousse - Purple Base

Achieve a deep, natural looking tan with our fast drying, streak free Self Tan Mousse.

Enriched with skin loving ingredients, this lightweight formula helps lock in moisture while delivering an even, long lasting tan. Its odour eliminating technology ensures a fresh, fragrance free tanning experience.

Suitable for both face and body, the purple-based formula is ideal for medium to olive skin tones or anyone wanting to neutralise yellow and golden undertones for a rich, exotic brown finish.

Unscented and easy to apply, it develops into a beautifully natural looking tan without the typical self tan smell.

1. Exfoliate 24 hours before application.

2. Moisturise dry areas including elbows, knees, ankles and wrists.

3. Apply evenly using a tanning mitt.

4. Allow to dry before dressing.

5. Leave on for 2–8 hours before rinsing.

Pro Tip: Use sparingly on hands and feet, blending with any remaining product on the mitt for the most natural finish.

Is the Purple Base Self Tan right for my skin tone?

The Purple Base Self Tan is best suited to medium, olive or golden skin tones. The violet base helps counteract yellow undertones to develop into a rich, natural-looking brown tan. If you have fair skin or pink undertones, our Green Base Self Tan may be a better choice.

Will it turn me orange?

No. The violet base is designed to neutralise yellow undertones, helping your tan develop into a deep, rich brown rather than an orange tone. Following the application instructions and rinsing at the recommended time will give you the best result.

Will it stain my clothes or sheets?

Once your tan has developed and you've completed your first rinse, it won't transfer onto clothing or bedding. During development, we recommend wearing loose, dark clothing until you're ready to shower.

How long will my tan last?

With proper preparation and daily moisturising, your tan will typically last around 5–7 days before fading naturally. Keeping your skin hydrated and avoiding harsh exfoliants will help extend the life of your tan.

Can I use it on my face as well as my body?

Yes. Our Purple Base Self Tan is suitable for both the face and body. For a more natural facial result, apply a small amount and blend carefully around the hairline, eyebrows and jawline.
