What makes Keyana different?

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

All Keyana products are cruelty-free. Many products are vegan, and this is noted on individual product pages where applicable.

What does hormone-conscious mean?

Hormone-conscious reflects the care we take when selecting ingredients. While no cosmetic product can eliminate every environmental exposure, we aim to formulate with ingredients we feel comfortable using ourselves and sharing with our families.

Are your products free from parabens, sulphates and synthetic fragrance?

Yes. Our products are formulated without parabens, SLS/SLES and synthetic fragrance. We carefully select ingredients with purpose and avoid unnecessary additives wherever possible.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

How do I know which skincare products are right for me?

Start by identifying your main skin concern, such as dryness, oiliness, congestion, dehydration or signs of ageing. Each product page includes guidance, and you can contact us if you would like help choosing.

How should I layer my skincare?

As a general guide, cleanse first, then apply toning mist, serum, moisturiser and facial oil if using one. In the morning, finish with SPF.

How do I choose the right foundation or concealer shade?

If you are unsure, contact us with your current foundation shade or a clear photo in natural light and we will do our best to guide you.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email so you can follow your delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?
