What are natural skincare and cosmetics?

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes! We never test on animals, and all our
products are cruelty-free. Many of our products are also 100% vegan, meaning
they contain no animal-derived ingredients such as beeswax or lanolin. Look for
the vegan label on specific products.
Are your products 100% organic?
While many of our products are made with
organic ingredients, not all are fully certified organic. However, we ensure

Yes! Our formulations are completely free from parabens, sulfates (SLS/SLES), phthalates, artificial dyes, and synthetic

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, many of our products are designed
specifically for sensitive skin. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before using a new product to ensure it works well for your skin type.

We provide detailed descriptions for each
product, including the skin types and concerns they are best suited for. If
you're unsure, you can contact our customer support for personalised

How should I store my products?

What is the shelf life of your products?

Can I use your products during pregnancy?
Many of our products are safe for use during pregnancy, but we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before trying any new skincare product, as some essential oils and ingredients may not be recommended during pregnancy.
Are your products safe for use on children?
Some of our products are suitable for
children, particularly those with mild ingredients such as chamomile or
calendula. However, please consult with a pediatrician before using any new
products on children.
How do I know which skincare products are right for my skin type?

How do I use your products in my skincare routine?
Here’s a general skincare routine guide:
Cleanse – Use a gentle natural cleanser to remove dirt and oil.
Tone – Apply a hydrating or clarifying toner to balance skin.
Serum – Apply a targeted serum for hydration, brightening, or anti-aging.
Moisturise – Lock in moisture with a nourishing face cream.

Can I use multiple products together?
Yes! Our products are designed to complement each other. Check our suggested skincare routines or product bundles to find combinations that work well together. If you're layering products, a general rule is to start with the lightest (like serums) and finish with the heaviest
(like moisturisers).
How do I choose the right shade of foundation or concealer?
While we don’t offer shade matching services or samples at this time, we’d be happy to help! If you have a shade from a major brand that you love, simply let us know, and we’ll do our best to match it to our products. Feel free to reach out if you need any more advice!
How do I track my order?
After placing an order, you will receive a
confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.
How can I return a product?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange within 30 days. Please refer to our return policy for full details.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we do not currently offer international
